Clark Case has more than a decade of experience practicing law in a wide variety of civil arenas.  He has handled complex corporate transactions and litigation, construction contracts and dispute resolution, equine issues, employment matters representing both employers and employees, personal injury claims, administrative issues, and beyond.  In addition to transactions and services for businesses and individuals, Clark has litigated countless matters in virtually every form of dispute resolution, from mediations, arbitrations, administrative proceedings, jury and bench trials in Federal and Kentucky courts, to the Kentucky Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Kentucky.

In 2011, Clark argued and won the Kentucky Supreme Court’s seminal case on fair value in corporate dissenter’s rights actions, which opinion is published as Shawnee Telecom Resources, Inc. v. Kathy Brown, 354 S.W.3d 542 (Ky. 2011).

On the academic side of the law, Clark has published and presented on numerous topics, including a piece published in the Kentucky Law Journal at the University of Kentucky’s College of Law entitled “No Rule of Thumb: The Conflict of Digital Palpation under the Horse Protection Act,” 90 KY. L. J. 661 (2002).
